Easy-to-use materials
Proven scripts and rebuttal sheets give every trainee a structure to follow on live calls.
A kickoff that gets buy-in
We start with a kickoff teleconference with your staff. You meet your account manager and get the full picture of what to expect.
Weekly 1-on-1 training, on demand
Reps tap Register in our app whenever they’re free, and a trainer calls them back, usually within 15 minutes, for a private role-play session with coaching specific to them.
Ongoing accountability
Weekly report cards for every trainee, plus mystery-call spot checks to make sure the skills show up on real calls.
Group training sessions
Regular group meetings to listen to calls together, review progress and coach the whole team.
A dedicated account manager
One experienced person who runs your call reviews, oversees the program and keeps you fully informed.
Every week builds on the last.
Reps start with the fundamentals of a sales call. As they complete more sessions, the trainer raises the difficulty until handling tough calls is second nature.
- Stage 1
Control the call
Basic sales call conversations. Reps learn to take control of the conversation, capture the customer’s contact information and set the appointment.

Handle objections
Once the basics are second nature, the trainer brings objections into the role-play, and reps learn the rebuttals that bring the call back to the appointment.

Common questions.
How does a rep start a training session?
There’s nothing to schedule. When they have a free moment, they tap Register in our app to join the training queue. A trainer usually calls them back in under 15 minutes, and their training is done for the week.
How long does a training session take?
About 15 minutes a week per person. Sessions happen over the phone, so they fit between customers.
Who at my dealership can be trained?
Anyone who answers your phones: sales, BDC, service advisors, parts and body shop staff, and receptionists.
What if someone leaves or changes roles?
Training slots are transferable. Substitute a new trainee at any time, in any department, at no extra cost.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We work month-to-month, for as long as we earn our keep.
How will I know it’s working?
Weekly report cards, a mid-week completion update, a weekly call from your account manager, and mystery calls every 4–6 weeks that show how your team sounds on real calls.
